Thank you for your interest in Beacon Boxx. We are committed to providing innovative technology designed to keep you and your loved ones protected.
Pre-Order Policy
All Beacon Boxx devices are currently available for pre-order only. Because each order is produced and reserved specifically for our early customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pre-order items at this time.
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and reserved in our production queue. You will be notified via email with shipping and tracking details once your Beacon Boxx is ready to ship.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at help@beaconboxx.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are not available for pre-order items except in the event that Beacon Boxx is unable to fulfill your order. In that case, you will be notified and refunded in full to your original payment method.
